Paper Planes Co. was born from a ton of honest conversations about life & business, and a belief that women deserve to take up more space.

Co-founders Claire and Georgia first bonded over a shared love of Taylor Swift, but it quickly grew into something much deeper.

We’d both built successful careers we loved, in very different industries, and kept finding ourselves having honest — sometimes rosé-fuelled — conversations about work and ambition.

We’d talk less about how the kids were doing at school, and more about how you build powerful careers and still make the school pickup.

We talked about whether it’s actually possible to be driven and present at the same time. How you stop running on empty. How you work smarter instead of harder. And why so many women are doing incredible work, yet still feel like they’re failing.

Those conversations became the foundation of Paper Planes.

What kept coming up was this idea that building a brand like Taylor’s isn’t accidental. It’s intentional. It’s consistent. It’s backed by strategy, structure, and a deep understanding of who you are and how you show up. That’s the game changer.

That belief sits at the heart of Paper Planes Co.

CONNECT WITH US

We believe the world will be a better place with more women in charge. Where more female founders step fully into their power. We’re here to make that happen.

Founders, Claire and Georgia have worked with some of the world’s biggest brands — including Expedia, PwC, Chanel, Gucci, and Amazon. But what drives them now is using that expertise to help ambitious women build and scale businesses on their own terms.

Paper Planes Co. exists because business doesn’t have to mean burnout. It’s time ambitious women had the clarity, tools and support to scale — in a way that feels aligned, flexible, sustainable and powerful.

Why we’re called Paper Planes?

A sky view with seagulls flying and a sticker of two paper airplanes labeled 'the paper airplane' and 'flying,' connected by a dashed line and a small black heart.

The name actually has two meanings.

It comes from the Taylor Swift lyric “two paper airplanes flying” — a line that speaks to movement, uncertainty, and the beauty of not always knowing where things will land. We loved it enough to get matching tattoos!

For us now, Paper Planes also reflects something more grounded — the unseen work behind travel — the planning, coordination, systems, and detail that bring clarity and control to what can otherwise feel uncertain.

OUR MISSION

To give women the clarity, confidence and tools they need to fly. With brand strategy, operational know-how and real support, we don’t just build businesses, we build legacies.
